The Southern Academics and Experts Forum in the United Kingdom organized on Sunday, March 14, 2021 a seminar on “The Role of Human Capital in the Developed Countries and the Legal Dimension for Restoring the State of the South”.
The seminar was opened by Dr. Mohammed Al-Hanaq with a speech in which he briefly explained the objectives of the forum and the agenda of the seminar, and greeted the participants and the panelists Dr. Moataz Soubjaki (Human Capital Consultant), Dr. Hussein Bin Laqwar (Management Consultant) and Dr. Tawfiq Guzalit (International Law and Human Rights Consultant).
Dr. Soubjaki emphasized the importance of focusing on human resources and working on the so-called National Human Bank and all the requirements for the success and its implementation whereby this type of work integrates experts and the new generation. This helps building a harmony in any specialized profession.
Dr. Laqwar focusing on the interest on developing an integrated vision to take care of the cadres in various fields without delay.
As it was inferred from the experiences of many countries around the world that gained a lot of respect in the field of human resources and became advanced in this field, which was reflected in their economies and the prosperity of their people.
Dr. Gozalit raised very important points about how to restore the southern countries and disengagement from a legal point of view, and he came up with a set of key examples in the world and scenarios with some legal pillars, some opinions and ideas that help to reach the main goal of the Southern people and some valuable advice to build the basic building blocks.
During the seminar, a number of distinguished questions by the attendees were answered, according to specialisation of the panelists after their valuable participation during the session.
At the end of the seminar, Mohamed Al-Sahimi, who moderated the seminar, thanked all the participants and attendees.
